Menno de Jager and Koos Tesselaar named  Vice Chairmen of NIBC

As part of its increased client focus, NIBC is pleased to announce that Menno de Jager and Koos Tesselaar have accepted positions as non-executive Vice Chairmen Merchant Banking of the bank. The Vice Chairman role is a new position, designed to add value for our clients. The experience they bring will add strategic insight for NIBC’s clients, as they advise on new opportunities and avenues for growth. Each Vice Chairman will focus on his area of expertise and champion that area for NIBC and its clients.

Menno de Jager has over 30 years of experience at ABN AMRO in Equity, Fixed Income, M&A and ECM, latterly as Vice Chairman of ABN AMRO Bank Amsterdam. His wide Corporate Finance expertise is a clear fit with NIBC’s business.
Experienced entrepreneur Koos Tesselaar has been investing in and managing international businesses for over 30 years. He is a qualified civil and construction engineer whose interests and extensive experience range from construction to direct marketing to the hospitality industry. Most recently he was CEO of De Boer Structures, the world’s leading tent rental business.
