Distribution
The distribution team is the integrated distribution platform of NIBC. It coordinates all distribution activities and combines investor appetite with our origination network and structuring capabilities. It focuses on the distribution of loans, structured products and funds within the following two departments:
- Loan Syndications & Trading: Underwriting and distribution of loans to the banking and institutional market. It works closely together with the originating departments of the bank to ensure the optimal structure for both client and market. In addition, it is active in the secondary market of our core debt markets.
- Structured Products & Fund Distribution: Distribution of structured products (including securitised debt) and fund raising for our equity funds.
