Complaints form

It is important to NIBC Bank that we maintain good relations with our clients. We also hold the interests of other stakeholders in high regard. If you should still have a complaint, we kindly request you to share your complaint with us through one of the below listed channels:

Please include the following in your complaint:

• a clear description of the complaint;
• your name, address, telephone number and (if possible) your email address;
• copies of any information that is relevant for the handling of your
  complaint.

Within 24 hours we will send you a confirmation of your e-mail and NIBC Bank's Complaints Committee will handle your complaint within six weeks and will advise you of the outcome in writing.
