We are at the beginning of what NIB Capital aims to build in the coming years. In one word: partnership. Everything and everyone at NIB Capital - our firm, our people, our ideas, our investments, our proposition – is pointed towards that single ambition. More specifically, our aim is to create such a close relationship with our clients and other stakeholders that together we can harness all our talent, knowledge and mutual trust to achieve the optimal partnership. Splendid words, you might say. But isn’t ‘partnership’ just a hollow phrase? Certainly, that’s often true. But not at NIB Capital. Can we identify those key moments when mutual trust is forged to pave the way towards mutual success? We think we can. Call it the ‘chronology of partnership’: from the first meeting through a process of discovery (what are the strengths but also the weaknesses) and building mutual trust (total faith and reliance) towards creating that perfect partnership (top performance, success, triumph). This is the process that allowed the ballet partners Nureyev and Fonteyn to transform their skill into art. From their very first encounter, they started nurturing their mutual potential. Their single-minded goal was: the ultimate performance. Two athletes, artists, professionals who enthralled audiences around the world and produced performances which appeared to elude the very force of gravity. One plus one becomes three.

Fonteyn and Nureyev are the symbol of what we at NIB Capital call ‘the art of partnership’. The symbol of our ambition at NIB Capital. We realise that we stand at the beginning of our journey towards the ‘perfect partnership’ with our clients and other stakeholders- and that you may still have to meet and discover us
- but we are more than ready.
