Investment Management
Investment Management acts as principal investor for the bank and has extended its investment activities to third-party investors. Funds have been developed in the fields of private equity and mezzanine (in companies), infrastructure and real estate. Investment Management also manages and services the bank's direct investments and investments in third-party funds.
The Investment Management teams create and manage equity funds that are open to third-party institutional investors and high net worth entrepreneurs/owners. NIBC acts as the General Partner of each of the funds and also invests as a Limited Partner. See right for the funds managed by NIBC.
NIBC applies investment criteria for investments in companies, infrastructure projects and real estate projects.
