This expertise and knowledge is anchored within Specialised Finance. It combines NIBC’s expertise in specific asset classes with its balance sheet and capital markets access. Specialised Finance structures and distributes sophisticated international lending transactions, and is responsible for portfolio management. It also includes our retail activities in the residential mortgage market and retail savings via NIBC Direct.
