NIBC closes property financing of the Schuitema Head Office for the M&G European Property Fund

In July 2009, NIBC Commercial Real Estate Finance closed the financing of the Schuitema Head Office in Amersfoort for M&G Investments' European Property Fund. NIBC was sole arranger of this transaction.

M&G Investments is the asset management arm of UK insurance group Prudential plc. M&G has around EUR 175 billion of assets under management. Their M&G European Property Fund invests into prime commercial real estate throughout continental Europe including NIBC's core markets Netherlands and Germany.
