Indaver and NIBC European Infrastructure Fund have closed the acquisition of the SAV waste management group in Germany
Indaver (51%) and NIBC European Infrastructure Fund (49%) have reached financial close of the acquisition of the SAV waste management group in Germany on September 30th, after obtaining merger clearance by the European Competition Authorities. The company was acquired from Arcadia and E.ON Krafwerke GmbH. It is agreed between buyers and sellers that no information will be given concerning the price of this transaction.
The SAV group is a waste management group specialising in the management of hazardous waste incineration and other treatment techniques in the most sustainable and environmentally responsible manner. The SAV group consists of the companies HIM GmbH in Biebesheim, AVG Abfall-Verwertungs-Gesellschaft GmbH in Hamburg and their respective subsidiaries.
