Our core skills include:

• Corporate Lending: the focus is on providing corporate lending to clients in specific situations that require tailored financing solutions, especially major acquisitions and corporate restructurings.

• Leveraged Finance: this includes management buyouts, re-capitalisations and public-to-private transactions. In addition to the usual debt products, we can structure and underwrite mezzanine, convertibles, high yield and securitised debt products.
• Infrastructure and Renewable Financing: this includes the financing of Public Private Partnership (PPP) projects.
• Real Estate: the main focus is on commercial (including offices, retail, warehouses and leisure), hotels and residential portfolios.
• Shipping and Oil & Gas Services: corporate, project and asset-based financing for clients in the shipping, logistics and offshore industry.
