The German M&A team provides advisory services in close cooperation with our client coverage teams. It executes M&A-related transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, disposals and buyouts. M&A combines first class execution expertise with in depth understanding of the sector and client challenges.
M&A services include: Evaluating and recommending financial and strategic alternatives, identifying potential transaction opportunities, advising on and assisting with negotiations and valuation issues, and providing fairness opinions.
