NIBC financed office buildings Moermansk 400 & 500

NIBC provided a construction financing to G&S Vastgoed to develop two loft buildings on the Moermanskkade, called Moermansk 400 & 500. These two loft buildings have a surface area of 10,000 m2. They are characterised by a high-quality appearance and a unique location at the head of the Moermanskkade next to the IJ.

The old port and industrial area the Houthavens with the Moermanskkade in Amsterdam is currently being transformed into a unique place with residential and office buildings, and adds a lot of value to the city.

Both loft buildings have recently been sold to a pan-European club deal, advised by UBS Asset Management.
