NIBC refinances Hampshire Hospitality

NIBC was coordinator and one of three banks to co-finance a EUR 91.5 million senior facility for leading Dutch hotel group Hampshire Hospitality.

The five-year facility refinances an existing loan to Eden Hotel Group, which acquired Hampshire Hospitality & Leisure in 2011 to become Hampshire Hospitality.

With more than 80 hotels operating under the Hampshire brand in the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany, including the iconic American Hotel on Amsterdam’s bustling Leidseplein, Hampshire Hospitality is one of the five biggest hotel groups in the Benelux.

The other banks in the syndicate were ING and Rabobank.
