NIBC is proud to participate in the new DigiPlex senior secured bond financing. By acting very swiftly and offering a strong combination of sector experience and deep fixed income knowledge, NIBC was able to ensure allocation in primary markets and add additional positions in secondary markets. With this NIBC becomes a debt investor in DigiPlex and will have the ability to provide liquidity in DigiPlex’s secondary markets, while at the same time servicing the growing demand from investors in the data centre market.
DigiPlex is owned by HNWI William Conway, the co-founder of the Carlyle Group and listed in the Forbes Top 1,000 net worth. It’s an independent provider of sustainable and cost efficient data centres, and has since 2001 evolved into the largest data centre provider in Norway and the only Pan-Nordic operator. Now operating three large scale data centres in Norway, one in Sweden and one in Denmark servicing parties like Amazon, IBM and existing NIBC client Broadnet.
