Recruitment during COVID-19
First of all, it's nice that you're interested in joining us!
Due to the necessary measures concerning the Coronavirus, we have been working at home as much as possible since 13 March. We continue to recruit wherever possible and do our utmost to make this process as easy and personal as possible.
Application process
To us it is important that you get a good impression of the position, our organization and your team. Through the website you will have the possibility to apply for a vacancy. We will contact you as soon as possible after submitted your application to discuss a follow-up. Click here for an overview of our current vacancies.
Virtual cup of coffee: introductory interview
After your application is reviewed, you will receive a message from us about the next steps. If you are invited for an introductory interview, this interview will take place online. We use Skype, Microsoft Teams or, if that is more convenient, Facetime. You will receive a confirmation.
Online assessment
An online assessment is part of the application process. You will receive an invitation from our provider LTP.
Follow-up interview
After a good first acquaintance, you can count on a follow-up interview with other team members. Again, this conversation will take place via one of the tools as mentioned above.
Interview HR
The last conversation you have is with HR. In this conversation you will be informed about our way of working and the terms of employment of NIBC will be discussed and explained. In this step we will also consider the results of the online assessment.
Employment contract
After the interview with HR you will receive feedback as soon as possible and we are also curious about your impression. If all lights are green, we can easily proceed to draft your employment contract. This will usually be done by telephone and e-mail (DocuSign).
Virtual onboarding
The onboarding is mainly virtual. Your manager will contact you to go through this.
