Within the UK we offer construction financing for Purpose Built Student Accommodation (PBSA), Co-living projects and Build to Rent (BTR) housing.

We focus on leading institutional sponsors and look for GBP 15 – 30 million stakes for our own book in clubdeals or banking syndicates.

For the (re)financing of your residential portfolio up to EUR 15 million, or for the purchase of your first investment home, we refer you to the NIBC Vastgoed Hypotheek via www.vastgoedhypotheek.nl.

The NIBC Vastgoed Hypotheek makes it possible for small and large investors to invest in rented or let properties in a number of Dutch cities. The NIBC Real Estate Mortgage is intended for clients with business purposes, such as commercial rental. Loans are available from EUR 100,000 to 15 million.
