The Coronavirus pandemic is having an enormous impact on all of us. NIBC is closely monitoring developments and based on guidance from the local authorities, is taking all necessary steps to ensure the wellbeing of employees and to ensure business continuity for our clients.
Reduce risk and ensure continuity
Obviously, in the current environment, we take the health and safety of our employees and our clients very seriously, as well as their ability to continue working. To enable this, we have taken various measures:
- Since Friday 13 March we have split up operations, asked our employees to work from home and to continue to be available via online video meetings and/or telephone;
- We have stopped employee international travel;
- Employees are instructed to conduct internal and external meetings virtually whenever possible;
- and we have cancelled all internal and external events.
We are constantly monitoring our business continuity plans to ensure the continued operation of critical products and services. We will do our utmost to continue to deliver the services you expect from us.
As stated above, these unpredictable times have a huge impact on people and organisations. There is uncertainty in the world around us, and we have to await whether additional measures will need to be taken. We will closely monitor the situation, and keep you updated on any adjustments in the measures we have announced. We are as always committed to deliver high quality service to our clients.
