TSS is a provider of vertical software solutions for mainly healthcare, governmental and financial sectors and is active in the Benelux. The company is uniquely positioned with a strong market position and long -term recurring revenues. At the end of 2013, TSS was acquired by Constellation Software Inc., a Canadian stock listed vertical software company.
